Far more than just a restaurant and bar, Blackbird boasts a dedicated events centre located on the ground level. Floor-to-ceiling windows bestow every celebration with our famous 180-degree riverside views from the Story Bridge to Kangaroo Point Cliffs.
With the option to hire the entire Riverside Room, or more intimate spaces, the events centre is the premiere location for wedding receptions, corporate events and celebrations of various sizes – from intimate sit-down celebrations to extensive cocktail-style gatherings.

RESTAURANT PRIVATE DINING & BAR
Our private dining rooms and 1920s-inspired bar on the first level offer private and semi-private spaces that are integrated with the restaurant ambiance, and are equally as lavish as the events centre.
Take over the entire iconic bar with an event of up to 400 guests, or take an intimate celebration into one of the stylish Gatsby booths. Our private dining rooms have all the hallmarks of VIP treatment, from opulent décor, to dedicated waitstaff, and the fine wine and dining menus that Blackbird is renowned for.
